Wengen was a fun and wild ride; starting last and in harsh conditions didn’t make this an easy run. After 2/3 of the course, I didn’t finish the run. But this was a dream venue of mine to race at, and I was grateful for the friends and family I had beside me.
While my second World Cup race had challenging weather, and I didn’t finish my first run. It was a great experience getting to race against some of my childhood idols.
My first World Cup race, and definitely one to remember. Amid Covid-19, the atmosphere and the environment was unprecedented. The once loud and wild venue turned into a silent one.
